PITTSBURGH, PA 11TH grade NUC Schuman’s Outstanding Performance List Terrell Roberson Penn Hills HS, PA 11th RB #59 Roberson, 5'8 171, won the Overall MVP award. The 5'8 171 lb Roberson had a 34.5 inch vertical, 9'2.5 broad jump, ran a 4.28 shuttle, 4.59 40 and did an exceptional job during 1 on 1's. Justin Haser North Allegheny HS, PA 11th DL #117 Haser won the DL MVP. At 6'5 235, Haser had an 8'7 broad jump, bench pressed 185 lbs 26 times, had a great motor, always had leverage on the opposing linemen and worked hard during 1 on 1's. Zach Laskey Starrs Mill HS, GA 11th RB #57 Laskey, 6'1.5 199, was awarded the RB MVP. Laskey had a 30 inch vertical, 9'4.5 broad jump, ran a 4.43 shuttle, 4.58 40, bench pressed 185 lbs 21 times and starred during the individual period. He looks to be the total package. Tony Pompeo Pittsburgh Catholic HS, PA 11th QB #76 Pompeo, 6'1 198, won the QB MVP. Pompeo had a strong arm, solid accuracy, great vision, made decisions fast and nice fundamentals. Bernie Sarra Greensburg Catholic HS, PA 11th OL #99 Sarra was the OL MVP winner. The 6'0 320 lb mammoth bench pressed 185 lbs 30 times, was strong, had good technique and dominated 1 on 1's. Dustin Lowman Pittsburgh Catholic HS, PA 11th WR #34 Lowman, 5'11.5 162, had a 31 inch vertical, 9'1 broad jump, ran a 4.35 shuttle, 4.51 40 and made some nice catches en route to winning the WR MVP. Neal Rands Ringgold HS, PA 11th LB #124 Rands, 5'11.5 202, was the LB MVP and Strongest Man award winner. He had a 33 inch vertical, 9'1 broad jump, tossed up 185 lbs 31 times, ran a 4.61 shuttle and was a beast during 1 on 1's. Ryan Mihoci Franklin Regional HS, PA 11th CB #22 Mihoci nabbed the DB MVP with a solid showing. The 5'7 172 lb prospect had an 8'4 broad jump, ran a 4.33 shuttle, was explosive to get off the ball and had good feet during 1 on 1's. Vincent Czerniewski North Allegheny HS, PA 11th DL #97 Czerniewski, 6'0 282, won the DL MVP. He bench pressed 185 lbs 22 times, was strong, quick, explosive and had nice technique during 1 on 1's. Luke Shaffer South Side HS, PA 11th RB #41 Shaffer, 5'10 202, was all smiles after earning the Combine King and Fastest Man awards. With a 34.5 inch vertical, 8'10.5 broad jump, 4.20 shuttle run, 4.44 40 and 27 reps at 185 lbs on the bench , it's safe to say this kid is an elite athlete. Devin Cook Beaver Falls HS, PA 11th TE #95 Devin won the TE MVP after cooking up quite a performance at the combine. The 6'2.5 standout ran a 4.69 shuttle, caught the ball well and is very athletic. Greg McGhee Perry Academy, PA 11th QB #75 McGhee, 6'1 184, brought home the Leadership Award after an exceptional display of heart, hustle and determination. He also had an 8'4.5 broad jump.
