2014 South Carolina State Rankings
One thing is for sure the talent in the Palmetto State is much deeper this year than last. Christian Miller leads this talented group because of his length and overall athleticism at the linebacker position. He is followed by one of the most menacing defensive lineman in the country Poona Ford. Donell Stanley is a versatile offensive lineman that is physical at the point of attack. Rounding out the top four is Mr. Do-It-All, Shaq Davidson. The South Carolina state rankings will be at least two more times before signing day 2014. The NUC will be hosting its Carolina 5-Star Showcase at Myrtle Beach High School on March 17th at 1 p.m.

1.       Christian Miller, LB, Spring Valley, SC
Miller is the most athletic linebacker in the Palmetto State.

2.       Poona Ford, DL, Hilton Head, SC      
Ford was in on 44 TFL's and 11 sacks in 2012.

3.       Donell Stanley, OL, Latta, SC                       
Stanley Was named second team All-State by

4.       Shaq Davidson, WR, Gaffney, SC
Davidson accounted for 1,839 yards of offense and 18 scores.

5.       Dexter Wideman, DL, Saluda, SC
Wideman has the perfect size to play defensive end in the 3-4 Defense.

6.       Jacob Park*, QB, Stratford, SC
Park led team to second round of AAAA DI playoffs.

7.       Naquez Pringle, DL, Carvers Bay, SC                        
Pringle was part of Class A VII Region Title Team.

8.       Blake Bone, WR, Woodruff, SC
Boone caught 64 passes for 1,144 yards and 14 touchdowns.

9.       Darin Smalls, DB, Summerville, SC
Smalls was named First Team All-Low Country.

10.   Nolan Kelleher, OL, Wando, SC
He helped team score 30 or more points nine times in 2012.

11.   Kalen Ritchie, TE, Goose Creek, SC
This blocking TE paved the way for the top rushing team in the state.

12.   Jae'lon Oglesby, RB, Daniel, SC
Oglesby ran for 2,472 yards and 33 touchdowns.

13.   Cannon Smith, TE, Hammond, SC
Smith led team to SCISA AAA State Championship game.

14.   Caleb Kinlaw*, RB, Goose Creek, SC
Kinlaw ran for 1,006 yards and 15 scores in 2012.

15.   Kevin Crosby, Jr.*, TE, Bamberg-Ehrhardt, SC
Crosby helped team go (10-2) on the season.

16.   Taylor Hearn, OL, Williston-Elko, SC                         
Hearn guided team to A Region IV Title.

17.   Aggadoria Bowers, WR, Bamberg-Ehrhardt, SC                  
Bowers was part of offensive unit that averaged 34 points per contest.

18.   Zykiesis Cannon*, ATH, Carolina Academy, SC
This two-way star had 16 touchdown catches and 108 tackles in 2012.

19.   Shuler Bentley, QB, Byrnes, SC
Bentley threw for an amazing 4,718 yards and 59 touchdowns.

20.   Joe Blue, LB, Dillon, SC
Blue helped team win Class AA DI State Title.

21.   Mason Rudolph, QB, Northwestern, SC
Rudolph threw for 3,990 yards and 41 touchdowns in 2012.

22.   Andre Stoddard, RB, St. Joseph's, SC
Stoddard ran for over 2,700 yards and scored 40 touchdowns.

23.   Christian Taylor, OL, White Knoll, SC
Taylor helped team to the third round of the AAAA DI playoffs.

24.   CJ Fuller, RB, Easley, SC
Fuller was named second team All-State by

25.   Josh Harlen, DB, Spring Valley, SC
Harlen made his mark for Spring Valley as an athletic linebacker.
