Every year the State of Maryland produces some serious athletes. This year's class is highlighted by one of the top offensive line prospects in the country Damian Prince. He is followed by a couple of hotshot corners in Marcus Allen and Troy Vincent, Jr. It also looks like Good Counsel is loaded again this year meaning they should make another run at the WCAC Championship. The Maryland state rankings will be updated two more times before signing day 2014.

1.       Damian Prince, OL, Bishop McNamara, MD
Prince is a true left offensive tackle prospect.

2.       Marcus Allen, DB, Wise, MD       
Allen covers a lot of ground in the secondary and will lay the wood.

3.       Troy Vincent, Jr., DB, Gilman, MD
Vincent is son of former 5-time Pro-Bowler Troy Vincent.

4.       Sam Mustipher, OL, Good Counsel, MD
He helped lead team to WCAC Championship.

5.       Jesse Aniebonam, DL, Good Counsel, MD
He was in on 46 tackles and nine TFL's.

6.       Demetrius Johnson, ATH, Annapolis Area Christian, MD
Johnson excels on both sides of the ball for the Eagles.

7.       William Crest*, QB, Dunbar, MD
Crest helped Poets win the MPSSAA (1A) Championship.

8.       Marquise Watts, TE, North Point, MD
Watts caught 30 passes for 523 yards and five scores.

9.       Brock Ruble, OL, DeMatha, MD
This massive offensive tackle can get to the second level.

10.   Solomon Vault, DB, Gaithersburg, MD
Vault totaled 1,469 yards of offense and 21 scores.

11.   Jared Cohen, OL, McDonogh, MD
Cohen is a run mashing offensive tackle.

12.   Cameron Phillips, WR, DeMatha, MD
Phillips caught 27 passes for 476 yards and seven touchdowns.

13.   Coleman Blackston*, RB, Dunbar, MD   
Blackston was named RB MVP at SW Ultimate100 in 2012.

14.   Kobie Walker*, DB, Good Counsel, MD
Walker recorded 29 tackles and two picks in 2012.

15.   Justin Herron, DL , Bullis, MD                     
Herron is one of the top defensive linemen in Maryland.

16.   Alameen Murphy*, DB  Friendly, MD     
Murphy was in on 34 tackles, 10 PBU's and one pick.

17.   JaWhaun Bentley, LB, DeMatha, MD
Bentley is a massive downhill inside linebacker.

18.   Rick Leonard, DL, Middletown, MD
Leonard was in on 59 tackles and nine sacks in 2012.

19.   Marcel Joly*, DB, Forestville Military, MD
Joly ran for 833 yards and recorded 25 tackles in 2012.

20.   Niquekko Cook, DL, Meade, MD
He helped team pitch four shutouts in 2012.

21.   Justin Falcinelli, OL, Middletown, MD
Falcinelli helped lead team to the MPSSAA (2A) Championship.

22.   Melvin Keihn, LB, Gilman, MD   
Keihn excels as a pass rusher coming of the edge.

23.   Chibuzo Ukandu, OL, Gilman, MD
He helped Gilman win the MIAA Championship versus Calvert Hall.

24.   Sam Madaras, OL, Good Counsel, MD
He helped lead team to WCAC Championship.

25.   Taiwan Deal, RB, DeMatha, MD
Deal is a bruising back that makes yards after contact.
