NUC New Jersey Top 10 For The Class of 2014 Jonathan Hilliman discusses the Upcoming Season
St. Peter's Prep (NJ) sophomore running back Jonathan Hilliman is the next great Marauder. Hilliman has already garnered comparisons to the last great Prep running back, Savon Huggins. NUC ranked Hilliman at number seven in the top 25 New Jersey for the class of 2014. Hilliman has already received offers from the Who's Who in college football. Some of the schools that threw their hat in the ring already are UNC, Boston College, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio St., Oregon, Penn St., Rutgers, Stanford, Wisconsin, and Georgia. During the interview, West Virginia's coaches called him and offered.
Hilliman split carries last season and was very explosive with the ball in his hands. At 6 feet and 210 pounds, Hilliman has great size for a running back and he can run a 4.5 forty. Hilliman loves to get downhill fast.  Once he sees a hole, he hits it quickly. One missed tackle and Hilliman can take it to the house. Hilliman and St. Peter's Prep squad begin their season against Maryland powerhouse McDonough this Saturday.

Steven Barsamian NUC: First question how did preseason camp and the scrimmages go?
Jonathan Hilliman: Went well , we made a lot of progress from the summer practices

NUC: What do guys need to do to beat McDonough this weekend?
JH: Keep the pressure on them. They're a type of team that if you give them some breathing room they will attack back.
NUC: alright. What do guys need to do to achieve your expectations for the season?
JH: Just execute and make as many plays as we can. And play as a unit.
NUC: What is it about Prep that produces all these successful D-1 players?
JH: Besides the great program that we have that develops athletes,  Coach Hansen has been around for a while and he's made connections with numerous schools along the way.
