nuc albuquerque-Awesome All Around Intensity In Albuquerque-national underclassmen

Awesome All Around Intensity In Albuquerque!
The NUC hit Blades Multiplex Arena in Rio Rancho, NM this weekend,          marking the first time they visited the Land of Enchantment. The inaugural                  combine was small in size, but packed the punch of a heavyweight.
Cameron Padilla (La Cueva) took home the 10th grade MVP with his great          mobility powering him during the 1 on 1's. Padilla, who ran a 4.51 in the          shuttle, made a number of great cuts and has terrific hands for a RB.
Dustin Walton (Raton) led the juniors and is the kind of QB that makes me          wonder what else New Mexico has to offer. He had terrific size at 6'3.5 215,          throws a terrific ball, has a strong arm and has a winning attitude. From a          QB standpoint, Walton provided all that a coach could look for from the          talent to the confidence level.

Anthony "Mr. Biggs" Kennedy (Volcano Vista) exploded onto the scene,   taking home the OL MVP. He was a total monster at 6'5 266, bench pressing   185 lbs 17 times and locking up the d-linemen during the individual period.   Kennedy has very good size and a nice push, making him a highly touted prospect  much like Matt Hegarty.

Josh Bowen (Manzano) was the best athlete of the day and took home the     Combine King along with the WR MVP. The 5'8.5 149 lb star had a 31.5 inch   vertical, 8'1 broad jump, ran a 4.27 shuttle, 4.63 40 and had terrific hands.   Bowen's athleticism and skill at a wideout makes him a major threat to any   defense.

After the all of the hard work, determination, hustle and muscle displayed at the   combine, this year likely won't be the last for Albuquerque.
