Freshman show Fantastic Potential in LA-National Underclassmen Combine

Freshman show Fantastic Potential in LA!

Khalfani Muhammad of Notre Dame HS came to the last weekends combine at Cathedral combine looking to do his best. Even though he entered with an array of confidence, we this 5'6.5 152 lb sensation could have predicted what actually happed. Muhammad, a ridiculously talented RB, won the Combine King, RB MVP and Fastest Man after putting together an all time great session by a freshman. His 9'1 broad jump, 31 inch vertical, 4.30 shuttle run, 4.47 40 and 1 on 1 skills were highly impressive. If Muhammad was being sold in an infomercial, he would definitely be billed as an "all in one".

Dionza Blue (Chaminade) took home the Overall MVP award. He is a terrific playmaker and displayed the ability to play as a combo RB due to his terrific hands and toughness. The 5'8.5 160 lb Blue has a future far brighter than his surname.
KC Leomiti, a powerful 5'8 207 lineman, came up with the DL MVP and 8th grade Overall MVP. Leomiti's quickness, strength and hands put him in a league of his own compared to the rest of the non high schoolers at the combine.

Addison Morrow, 5'10 153 (Mira Mesa) was easily the best WR during the individual period and a good athlete as well. Morrow has terrific hands, good body control and can catch the ball at its highest point ala Randy Moss. He also has an 8'5 broad jump and runs a 4.69 shuttle, giving him the ability to both change direction and get off the ground.

Even though it has been the case for years, the stars were shining bright in LA.
