Mike Meriwether, Class 2010: RB, 5-8, 186, Dematha Catholic HS, MD

Quick Writeup:

A barnburner, Mike is a 4.42 40, 32.5 inch vert, 9'4 broad. he is a great pure runner in the long line of great Dematha Catholic Backs...amazing burst, great speed and has amazing balance.

Further Analysis:

Mike's speed is second to none, his athleticism and balance are equally spectacular. His ability to run the ball and accelerate through the hole and break away and make the big play is uncanny. In 7 on 7 in the U100 East and the Top Prospect Camp. He rates possibly higher than the two guys ranked ahead of him due to his amazing speed. Dematha puts out tons of D-1a players and mike will be next.

I dont grade guys based on stars or scores, I rate them on whether they can play!

Monte Anderson of Big Spring is Straight Jackin' Fools! Its Simply TD city with hIm!

Monte Anderson , a senior at Big Spring High School.  My year so far is great.  This Friday, the 18^th ,was homecoming for the Steers, we played against Andrews. I rushed for more than 300yds with 22 carries and 2TD’s, and we  won  game 49-7. The first game of the year was against Snyder on August 28^th. I rushed for 266yds and 2TD’s with 23 carriers, and we won 42-21.  The second game was a played on September 4th against Dennsion, the number 4 team in the state. We won that game 27-21. It was a big game for the Steer. I rushed for 155yds with 1TD 30 carriers.  Then on September 11^th we played against Pampa.  I had 17 carriers, 121yds, a 78yd kick off return, and no rushing yards. The finally score was 55-41, we won that game.

MONTE WAS RB MVP twice at our events, once as a frosh and this past year as a junior...he is one of the great sleepers in TEXAS....This guy is legit with great speed, COD, and acceleration...a cant miss athlete and RB
