NUC Returns to Tulsa!

The National Underclassmen Combine returns to the ultra talented Tulsa region this weekend for what has all the making of a terrific combine. The 2009 Tulsa camp was terrific talent wise and no drop off is expected this time around.

Current 8th/9th graders are slated to compete at 8 am and sophomores 1 pm Saturday, juniors put it all on the line 1 PM Sunday at Memorial High School.

All athletes will partake in pro-style combine testing, including the 40-yard dash, broad jump, bench press, vertical leap, and shuttle run along with  position specific drills, 1 on 1’s and 3 on 3 competitions.

From Qua'Don Henderson, Jordan Newby, Michael Riddering, Chris Dolan and Chandler Hicks, the class of 2009 was definitely one to remember, setting the bar high for this year's participants.

Many athletes will enter the combine with a boat load of confidence. All of the participants will try to stake their claim amongst the elite. Few will succeed; but there is only one way to find out.
