It looks like the Keystone State is loaded this year. The top end of the Pennsylvania Top 25 sees skilled athletes galore. Montae Nicholson, KJ Williams, and Thaddius Smith get it done on both sides of the ball for their respective schools. Don't forget the big guys! Alex Bookser, Donate Angus, Noah Beh, and Mike Grimm would fill the biggest freight elevator in the country. And if you like tall pro-style signal callers then you have to love JJ Cosentino, Andrew Ford, and Chandler Kincade. These guys can see the whole field. Look for the Pennsylvania state rankings to be updated at least two more times before signing day 2014.

2.       KJ Williams, WR, Liberty, PA
