The initial 2014 District of Columbia Top 10 is dominated by two schools. Friendship Collegiate claims five players in the Top 10 while St. John's College boast four. Jalen Tabor of Friendship Collegiate is considered by many as the top cover corner in the country. St. John's College prospect William Ulmer is one of the most dangerous signal callers in the nation when he uses his feet to gobble up yardage. Coaches and scouts need to watch out for NUC superstar Robbie Walker, Jr. a dangerous all-purpose back for Gonzaga. Look for this list to be updated two more times before Signing Day 2014.
