While the New Jersey 2014 class might not be as deep as the 2013 class, it still has great talent. Peppers may turn out to be the best New Jersey High School player ever. Nelson could be one of the top offensive tackle prospects in the country. Washington could be the sleeper in this class because of his athleticism and length. This list will be updated and expanded twice over the next year.
*Denotes Attended NUC Combine

1.      Jabrill Peppers, SS/CB/RB, Paramus Catholic,
Peppers is easily one of top ten players in the country

: Hester transferred from DePaul to St. Joe's Montvale in the middle of the season and helped St. Joe's to a State Championship

3.      Saeed Blacknall, WR, Manalapan,
Blacknall has a terrific blend of size and speed

4.      Quenton Nelson, OL/DL, Red Bank Catholic,
Nelson has tremendous size along with quick feet

5.      Garrett Dickerson, TE/DE, Bergen Catholic,
With a great frame and athleticism, Dickerson can play on either side of the ball at the next level

6.      Andrew Trumbetti, TE/DE, Northern Valley Demarest*,
Trumbetti projects as defensive end at the next level because of he explodes off the ball and has great size

7.      Jonathan Hilliman, RB/DB, St. Peter's Prep,
Hilliman has great burst and breakaway speed when he gets a crease

8.      Gerald Owens, RB/DE/LB, West Deptford,
Owens is the definition of a power back with nimble feet. Alabama's running back Eddie Lacy is a great comparison to Owens

9.      Noah Brown, WR/RB/S, Pope John,
Brown made plays at running back and receiver. He uses his great frame to shield defenders when the ball is in the air

10.  Kevin Wilkins, OL/DL, St. Joe's (Montvale)*,
With a wrestling background, Wilkins displays great balance and quick feet. He is a mauler in the run game

11.  Mike Gesicki, WR/TE, Southern Regional,
At 6-6, Gesicki comes down with every jump ball.

12.  Kurt Holuba, DE, Bergen Catholic,
Holuba has great motor and quick hands. He plays with tenacity and great leverage.

13.  Adonis Jennings, WR, Timber Creek,

16.  Justin Nelson, DE/TE/OLB, DePaul*,
Nelson is a great athlete and can play in a 3-4 or 4-3 at OLB. Nelson comes off the ball with great explosion and blows past offensive tackles

17.  Courtel Jenkins, DT/OL, St. Anthony's*,
It is rare to find a player of Jenkins size and agility

Jamauri Bogan, RB, Union*,
Bogan's season was hampered with an ankle injury and it hurt his production. With his size injuries are a concern

19.  Tyrone Washington, WR/DB, Paramus Catholic,
Can play corner or receiver at the next level. Washington made big plays in the State Championship game

Little is very elusive and can make something out of nothing. He led his team to a State Championship.

Hogan packed on more muscle and weight since last season.

23.  Sidney Gopre, LB, Weequahic,
In era of spread offenses, linebackers need to be able to play in space. Gopre excels in space and hits like a truck

24.  Shamir Bearfield, DB, St. Peter's Prep,
Bearfield will need to add more weight. Bearfield is not afraid to help in run support

25.  Mark Fossati, DB/LB/RB, St. Joe's (Montvale)*,
The best player in NJ. Fossati makes plays on both sides of the ball.

Wingspan and size will project him at Offensive Tackle. Faced great defensive ends all year and did well

28.  Jason Cabinda, LB/RB, Hunterdon Central,
Cabinda can move extremely well at running back and outside linebacker

Good length and power. Won a State Championship

Great size and is a weapon in the red zone. Also runs precise routes

Jeray Demby, RB/SS, Woodbury,
Led his team to a State Championship

34.  Almamy Conde, LB, St. Peter's Prep,
Height is an issue but Conde has great instincts and speed
