We are looking for players whose team participates in the NJCAA. Their performance needs to aid their respective school in victory to be considered for this weekly award. All former NUC participants are denoted with an asterisk. OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Luke Barnes*, QB, Hutchinson CC, KS (2014)- Barnes completed 29 of 45 passes for 359 yards and six scores in 63 to 49 win over Garden City CC, KS. DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Martrell Spaight, LB, Coffeyville CC, KS (2013)- He recorded 12 solo tackles, five assisted tackles and one TFL in 29 to 23 victory over Air Force Prep, CO. OTHER GREAT PERFORAMNCES IN A WINNING EFFORT Ramon Abreu*, DB, Glendale CC, AZ (2013)-He was in on ten tackles and one sack in 55 to 26 win overPhoenix College, AZ. Mario Alford, ATH, Georgia Military College, GA (2013)- Alford had an explosive game versus visiting Snow College, UT. He touched the ball 13 times for 260 yards and four scores in 47 to 30 win. Rodney Coe, DE, Iowa Western CC, IA (2013)- Coe was in on six tackles, two sacks, 1.5 TFL's, and a forced fumble in 44 to 20 win over Trinity Valley, TX. Montrel Crawford, LB, Coffeyville CC, KS (2013)- Crawford was the other very active Raven linebacker as he recorded four solo tackles, four assisted tackles, and four TFL's in 29 to 23 win over Air Force prep. Byron Dawkins*, QB, College of Du Page, IL (2013)- Dawkins hit on 28 of his passes on 42 attempts for 414 yards and five scores in 35 to 28 win over Iowa Central CC, IA. Dylan Favre, QB, Pearl River CC, MS (2013)- Favre completed 20 of 39 passes for 272 yards and four touchdowns in 44 to 29 win over Mississippi Delta CC, MS. Neville Hewitt, DB, Georgia Military College, GA (2013)- Hewitt recorded ten solo tackles in 47 to 30 win over Snow College, UT. Garry Kimble*, QB, Blinn College, TX (2014)- Kimble completed 10 of 16 passes for 286 yards and five scores in win over Southeast Prep, TX. Terrell Lane, RB, Hutchinson CC, KS (2013)- Lane carried the ball 29 times for 308 yards and three scores in 63 to 49 win over Garden City CC, KS. Deon Long*, WR, Iowa Western CC, IA (2013)- Long snagged seven passes for 110 yards and three scores in 44 to 20 win over Trinity Valley CC, TX. Terrell Porter, LB, Iowa Western CC, IA (2013)- This linebacker was in on 17 tackles and 1.5 TFL's in 44 to 20 win over Trinity Valley CC, TX. Jatavius Stewart, WR, Hutchinson CC, KS (2013)- Stewart had seven catches for 138 yards and two scores in 63 to 49 win over Garden City CC, KS. Jake Waters, QB, Iowa Western CC, IA (2013)- Waters completed 18 of 30 passes for 218 yards and four scores in 44 to 20 win over Trinity Valley CC, TX.
