Following the National Underclassmen Combine and the Ultimate 100 camps, the Top Prospects invitees are selected. The Top Prospects camp's participants are the Top 15 athletes in each position from the Ultimate 100 camps, Rivals.com recommendations, and highly recommended athletes from high school coaches and talent evaluators from across the country. | ||
