Over the last week Moorpark, California (Oaks Christian HS) LB Cameron Judge saw his recruitment turn in a major direction when he his offer list went from zero to five within a short period of time. Judge received official offers from Arizona State, Oregon State, Vanderbilt, UCLA and Utah all within a week's time and now he feels he could be on the verge of receiving more.

"My recruitment has been crazy so far and I know it is nowhere close to being over, said Judge." I went from having only interest and no offers to going to five offers just like that. I had been talking to Arizona State, Vanderbilt and UCLA for a while and I thought eventually I would pick up official offers from them. I do think I could be close to receiving more offers because ever since these past five offers came out more schools have been contacting me and trying to get to know more about me."

Judge is an active and athletic linebacker who has great potential for the Division 1 football level and his talents have reached out to schools from all over the country. He has picked up one SEC offer so far and he claims others from that part of the country seem very interested and could offer down the road.

"I have had interest from Vanderbilt for a while now and the University of Tennessee is also really interested and are talking with me more on a day to day basis, said Judge." I am also hearing a good bit from Michigan, Florida, Colorado, Notre Dame and Washington. I have been talking a lot lately with Washington and I think I could get an offer from them sometime in the near future."

Speed, instincts and a nose for the ball are key traits that Judge brings to the football field and that is why schools seem to think he could fit in any scheme on the college level. He has a 6'2 215lb frame and the athleticism to cover the field from sideline to sideline. Judge brings a versatile type of game to the field that allows to him to stuff the run or play in coverage and makes stops in the passing game. He is a passionate football player that brings leadership and productivity to each game and he enjoys every moment he gets to play football with his teammates.

"First and foremost I am a team player that is willing to sacrifice anything I need to see my team succeed, said Judge." I am not a me player. I am someone that doesn't mind doing things that highlight others and giving them the opportunity to shine. I bring leadership and a rock solid foundation for my defense and the ability to be leaned on when something needs to happen. I have a full go motor and the attitude that nothing will get past me. I stay active and never give up on a play until it is over."

Judge has just begun to see his recruitment go the way he wants to. After receiving his first five offers he is now set to focus more attention on his recruitment and take his process slow while trying to find the best school that fits him. Location doesn't look to be a problem for Judge when choosing his college home. He wants to be at a place of football tradition but also a place that will push him to be great both on the field as well as off of it.

"I am just now getting into the beginning stages of my recruitment and just now getting a sense for how this process will go for me, said Judge." Academics will be number one on my list with football tradition following a close second. I want to not only be a great football player but also a great person as well, so I want to be at a place that will allow me to be both. I am in no rush to make any decision anytime soon. I would like to get my decision out the way before the start of my senior year, but if I have to wait longer to make a choice then that is something I will do. I don't have any favorites or leaders at this time. I am open to everyone and willing to listen to all."
