The National Underclassmen is proud to present their first ever Old Dominion State Rankings. Below is the initial Virginia Top30 which will be expanded upon as the year goes on. Virginia currently has five players in the NUC Ultimate100 and nine players in the East Top30. The State rankings will be updated once the NUC Five-Star Academies have been completed this spring.

1. E.J. Levenberry*, LB, CD Hylton, VA Levenberry recorded over 140 tackles on the season.
2. Derrick Green*, RB, Hermitage, VA Green was named First Team All-Area Richmond Times-Dispatch.
3. Jonathan Allen, DL, Stone Bridge, VA Allen recorded over 100 tackles and 15 sacks as a junior.
4. Bucky Hodges*, QB, Salem, VA Hodges was named Roanoke Times-Dispatch #1 rated junior.
5. Taquan Mizzell*, RB, Bayside, VA Mizzell rushed for over 1,000 yards and 22 scores.
6. Holland Fisher*, LB, Clover Hill, VA Fisher was named Second Team All-Area Richmond Times-Dispatch.
7. Ryan Burns*, QB, Stone Bridge, VA This huge signal caller has all the tools.
8. Doug Randolph, LB, Woodberry Forest, VA Randolph was named Second Team All-State VISAA Defense.
9. Tim Harris*, DB, Varina, VA Harris was named Second Team All-Area Richmond Times-Dispatch.
10. Michael Parker, LB, Kettle Run, VA Parker has the skill set of a big safety/athletic linebacker.
11. Oren Burks, LB, South County, VA Burks recorded 128 tackles and 11 sacks.
12. Matt Rolin*, LB, Briar Woods, VA Rolin does a nice job of running through ball carriers.
13. Anthony Shegog*, DB, North Stratford, VA Shegog is a big safety that excels near the line of scrimmage.
14. Wyatt Teller, DL, Liberty, VA Teller recorded 85 tackles and ten sacks.
15. Chris Holmes, ATH, Chancellor, VA Holmes possesses soft hands as a receiver and the killer instinct as a defensive back.
16. Cequan Jefferson*, DB, Henrico, VA Jefferson has picked off seven passes the last two seasons.
17. Christian Hackenberg*, QB, Fork Union Military, VA Hackenberg is your prototypical pro-style pocket passer.
18. David Prince, ATH, Patrick Henry, VA Prince is extremely dangerous with the ball in his hands.
19. Kwamane Bowens, WR, Salem, VA Bowens knows how to make yards after the catch.
20. DaeSean Hamilton*, DB, Mountain View, VA Hamilton stars on both sides of the ball.
21. Zack Jones, WR, Oscar Smith Jones caught 49 passes for 903 yards and 16 touchdowns.
22. Parker Osterloh*, OL, Warhill, VA Osterloh has the tools to become a LOT at the next level.
23. Jake Kite, DB, Hidden Valley, VA Kite will run smack dab over the ball carrier.
24. Donta Wilkins, OL, Potomac Senior, VA Wilkins plays both sides of the ball.
25. Andrew Motuapuaka, LB, Salem, VA Motuapuaka recorded 93 tackles and three picks.
26. Deon Newsome, DB, Hampton, VA Newsome has the ideal skill set to return punts.
27. Evrett Edwards, DB, Woodbridge, VA This defensive back has offensive ball skills.
28. Braxton Pfaff, OL, Liberty Christian, VA Pfaff helped lead Liberty Christian, VA to a State Title.
29. Chris Burton*, TE, George Washington, VA Burton is an every down tight end.
30. Ryheen Lockley, DB, Middlesex, VA Lockley projects as a big safety at the next level.
