The National Underclassmen is proud to present their first ever Sunshine State Rankings. Below is the initial Florida Top40 which will be expanded upon as the year goes on. Florida currently has 11 players in the NUC Ultimate100 and 19 players in the Southeast Top60. Look for these rankings to be updated once the NUC Five-Star Academies are complete this spring.

1. Derrick Henry, RB, Yulee, FL Henry carried the ball 309 times for 2,567 yards and 34 touchdowns.
2. Ahmad Fulwood, WR, Bishop Kenny, FL Fulwood Caught 46 passes for 1,141 yards and 17 touchdowns.
3. Laremy Tunsil, OL, Columbia, FL He was named First Team All-State Offense 6A.
4. Nick Washington, DB, Trinity Christian, FL Washington ran for 509 yards, caught passes for 221 yards, while recording 29 tackles, six PBUs, and two picks.
5. Daniel McMillian, LB, First Coast, FL McMillian helped guide team to (13-1) record.
6. Leon McQuay, III*, DB, Armwood, FL McQuay led his team to the FHSAA 6A State Championship with 59 tackles, nine PBUs, and three picks.
7. Demarcus Walker, DL, Sandalwood, FL He was named First Team 8A All-State.
8. Jayron Kearse, ATH, South Ft. Myers, FL Kearse ran for 1,459 yards this past season.
9. Travis Johnson, WR, Jesuit, FL Johnson helped his team go (11-2) with 48 catches for 653 yards and four scores while recording seven picks on defense.
10. Kelvin Taylor*, RB, Glades Day, FL Taylor ran for 2,884 yards and 40 scores on the season.
11. William Likely, DB, Glades Central, FL Likely led his team to a (12-1) record with seven picks.
12. Greg Bryant, RB, American Heritage, FL He made Florida 3A First Team All-State.
13. Matthew Thomas, LB, BT Washington, FL Thomas led his team to a (12-2) record.
14. Vernon Hargreaves, III, DB, Wharton, FL Two-way star had over 500 yards of offense and 10 touchdowns along with 49 tackles.
15. Ryan Green*, RB, St. Pete Catholic, FL Green was named First-Team Pinellas County running back.
16. Richard Benjamin*, WR, Tampa Bay Tech, FL He had over 900 yards of total offense on the season.
17. Tarean Folston, RB, Cocoa, FL He ran for 1,295 yards and 17 touchdowns while picking off six passes.
18. Marcell Harris*, DB, South Lake, FL Harris recorded 92 tackles and three picks on the season.
19. Jordan Sherit*, DL, Hillsborough, FL He was named First Team 6A All-State.
20. Jaynard Bostwick*, DL, St. Lucie West Centennial, FL Bostwick was named First Team 8A All-State
21. Caleb Brantley, DL, Crescent City, FL He recorded 101 tackles and 34 TFL's on the season.
22. Keanu Neal, DB, South Sumter, FL Neal was named First Team 4A All-State.
23. Deadrin Senat, DL, Immokalee, FL Senat was named Second Team 5A All-State.
24. Mackensie Alexander, DB, Immokalee, FL Alexander was named First Team 5A All-State
25. Derrick Calloway, DL, Manatee, FL Calloway was named First Team 7A All-State.
26. Joey Bosa, DL, St. Thomas Aquinas, FL Bosa was named First Team 7A All-State.
27. Quinton Powell, LB, Mainland, FL Powell was named Second Team 6A All-State.
28. Reggie Davis, WR, Lincoln, FL He was named Honorable Mention 7A All-State.
29. Stacy Coley, WR, Northeast, FL Coley was named Second Team 7A All-State.
30. Artie Burns, DB, Northwestern, FL Burns was named Third Team All-Dade County Large Schools.
31. Denver Kirkland, OL, BT Washington, FL Kirkland was named First Team 4A All-State.
32. Maquedius Bain, DL, University School, FL Bain recorded 37 tackles and five sacks on season.
33. Joe Fennell, OL, South Fort Myers, FL Fennell was named Third Team 6A All-State
34. A.J. Turman, RB, Boone, FL Turman was named All-Metro First Team Orlando Sentinel
35. Jordan Cunningham, WR, University School, FL He caught 32 passes for 574 yards and eight touchdowns.
36. Cord Sandberg, QB, Manatee, FL Sandberg was named First Team 7A All-State.
37. Jamal Carter, DB, Southridge, FL Carter was named Third Team All-Dade County Large Schools.
38. Isaac McDonald, LB, Champagnat Catholic, FL McDonald was named Second Team All-Dade County Small Schools.
39. Lorenzo Woodley, RB, Columbus, FL Woodley was named Second Team All-Dade County Large Schools.
40. Janarion Grant, WR, Pasco, FL Grant was named First Team 5A All-State.
