SAN FRANCISCO, CA 10th grade NUC Schuman’s Outstanding Performance List
Pio Vatuvei
Patterson HS, CA
10th
DL #103
Vatuvei, 6'2 235, won the DL MVP and Strongest Man awards. He was a great athlete for a lineman, with a 31.5 inch vertical, 8'11 broad jump and 4.65 shuttle. Vatuvei, who also bench pressed 185 lbs 15 times, had great hands and a terrific work ethic.
Cleveland Wallace
Oak Grove HS, CA
10th
WR #38
Wallace, 5'10 153, earned the WR MVP with an outstanding overall performance. He had a 31 inch vertical, 8'11 broad jump, ran a 4.37 shuttle, great hands and simply beat down the DB's during 1 on 1's.
Chris Santini
Leland HS, CA
10th
S #98
Santini, 6'0.5 190, won the Combine King and DB MVP awards. Santini was an excellent athlete, with a 29 inch vertical, 9'5 broad jump and 4.43 shuttle run powering him during testing. Santini was also exceptional during the testing, displaying great jamming ability, quick hips and solid toughness.
Tim Crawley
Bellarmine Prep, CA

CB #22
Crawley, 5'7.5 153, shared the DB MVP award with Santini. Crawley had a 31.5 inch vertical, ran a 4.46 shuttle, was quick on his feet, changed direction well and had great instincts.
Alex Manigo
Bellermine Prep, CA
10th
LB #96
Maingo, 5'11 194, earned the LB MVP award. Maingo had an 8'6 broad jump, ran a 4.47 shuttle, had strong hands, good quickness and a nice backpedal.
Siosifa Fotu
San Leandro HS, CA
10th
DL #45
Fotu, 6'2.5 229, took home the OL MVP. Fotu was immovable during 1 on 1's due to his good lower body strength, strong hands and solid technique. He also ran a 4.65 shuttle.
John Wiernicki
Liberty Ranch HS, CA
10th
RB #54
Wiernicki won the RB MVP and Fastest Man awards. The graciously gifted 55'11 196 lb Wiernicki ran a 4.69 shuttle. 4.73 40, had an 8'8 broad jump, bench pressed 155 lbs 19 times and did a great job during 1 on 1's. He is an all around good player.
Sean Miller
San Ramon Valley HS, CA
10th
WR #131
It's Miller time! At 6'2 196, Miller had an 8'10 broad jump, ran a 4.34 shuttle, bench pressed 175 lbs 17 times and made a number of good catches en route to earning the co-WR MVP.
Ray Rivera
Oak Grove HS, CA
10th
QB #75
Rivera took home the QB MVP and Leadership awards. The 5'11.5 162 lb Rivera was vocal throughout the event, worked as if there were no tomorrow, ran a 4.37 shuttle and threw a good ball. These are the kinds of characteristics coaches are looking for from their QB.
