This is why we are the NUC--We want everyone to succeed-James Wighaus Story

Hey Coach Schuman,

How are you doing? My name is James Wighaus and I attended the National Underclassmen Combine on Long Island my Sophmore and junior year. In my Sophmore year I didn't make the U100. My times were ok and I was undersized as a QB. I worked really hard and love the game of football. I came back Junior year and made the U100 and attended in New Jersey. It really helped me a lot as I started talking to college coaches and telling them what I had done. I was never a big tall QB only being 5'10 170 so I wasn't getting looks from d-1a schools like most kids had. I had really good academics and was able to get academic scholarships and later making a decision to go to Hartwick College to play football and get an education. It is division3 but I love the game and wanted to play at any level. I want to thank you for the opportunity because I was able to get interest from the coaches first seeing my numbers then seeing my tape. I wanted to give you a thank you before my senior year ends and I get ready for my college football. Again, thank you very much.
