Zack Sanchez Keller Central HS, TX 10th S #17 | Sanchez took home the Overall MVP after a sensational performance. At 5'10 152, Sanchez had a 9'2 broad jump, ran a 4.36 shuttle, 4.47 40, had tremendous ball skills, good speed, broke well on the ball and played at a high intensity level. |
Gerald Gafford Berkner HS, TX 10th RB #7 | Gafford, 5'10.5 175, won the RB MVP. Gafford had a 30 inch vertical, 8'11 broad jump, ran a 4.63 shuttle, had a great hands, ran good routes and had nice quickness. Gafford is a true combo back. |
Jeffrey Thomas Duncanville HS, TX 10th WR #18 | Thomas was the WR MVP. Lanky at 6'2 172, had an 8'11 broad jump and tremendous all around skills during 1 on 1's. Thomas made picture perfect catches, had great size, catches the ball at its highest point and has terrific hands. He is definitely worth keeping an eye on. |
Emilio Vera North Crowley HS, TX 10th WR #6 | Vera, the co-WR MVP, had an 8'6 broad jump, ran a 4.61 shuttle, ran great routes, was smooth on the field and had good hands. The 5'9 154 lb Vera is good all around. |
Alex Lyons Desoto HS, TX 10th LB #23 | Lyons, 5'11.5 204, took home the LB MVP. Lyons had a 30.5 inch vertical, 9'0 broad jump, ran a 4.60 shuttle, had amazing speed and a great attitude. Lyons is a winner! |
Dalton Santos Van HS, TX 10th LB #73 | Santos, 6'1 231, was the co-LB MVP. The big bodied Santos had an 8'3 broad jump, ran a 4.67 shuttle, bench pressed 155 lbs 38 times, was physical, athletic and has good tools. |
Jordan Burton Longview HS, TX 10th S #35 | Burton, 6'0.5 177, was the DB MVP. A gifted leaper, Burton had a 32 inch vertical, 9'8 broad jump and did a nice job in 1 on 1's. |
Deonte Lockett Cedar Hill HS, TX 10th CB #42 | Lockett was awarded the co-DB MVP. At 5'8.5 167, Lockett had an 8'10 broad jump, ran a 4.59 shuttle, while playing physical and with great energy during 1 on 1's. |
Eric Hawkins Longview HS, TX 10th WR #2 | Hawkins, 5'11 167, was the Fastest Man award winner. Hawkins can fly like a hawk, with a 4.57 shuttle and NFL-like 4.34 40 to boot. Hawkins also had a 32 inch vertical, 9'5 broad jump and blew by the DB's during 1 on 1's. |
Jerome Ronald Little Elm HS, TX 10th OL #99 | A monster of the midway at 6'1.5 273, Ronald locked down the D en route to willing the OL MVP. |
Jamaal Fears Duncanville HS, TX 10th DL #72 | Fears must be feared after winning the DL MVP. The 6'0.5 267 lb sensation had surprising quickness, running a 4.68 shuttle, bench pressed 185 lbs 17 times , was fast off the ball, had good hands and gave it his all every time he stepped up during 1 on 1's. |
Darrick Harger Charles Page HS, OK 10th QB #49 | Harger brought home the QB MVP trophy following an impressive day on the football field. At 6'2.5 199, Harger ran a 4.52 shuttle, put his strong arm, quick release and tremendous potential on display during 1 on 1's. Harger has a good upside. |
Courtlin Davis Desoto HS, TX 10th LB #31 | Davis, 5'10 203, was the leadership award winner. Davis busted his tail throughout the event, had an 8'1 broad jump and has the ability to lead a team out of the huddle. |
Carlos Harris Frisco HS, TX 10th WR #36 | Harris, 5'6.5 152, was crowned Combine King. A true crowned jewel, Harris had a 32.5 inch vertical, 9'7.5 broad jump, ran a blazing 4.20 shuttle, 4.51 40 and bench pressed 155 lbs 21 times. |
William Huguley Churchill HS, TX 10th QB #23 | Huguley, 5'8 164, was the co-QB MVP. Huguley ran a 4.55 shuttle, makes educated decisions, has a strong arm and is a great leader on the football field. |
Nikolas Padilla Little Elm HS, TX 10th DL #78 | Padilla powered through the bench press en route to winning the Strongest Man award. A force at 5'11.5 247, Padilla tossed up 185 lbs 29 times and was a terrific athlete for a player his size, jumping an 8'8 on the broad, while running a 4.68 shuttle. |
