NUC Alum-Anthony Creecy, Southern Durham HS, NC Class of 2010-headin to NC State

Anthony Creecy, Southern Durham HS, NC Class of 2010: An athletic receiver with sensational hands, Creecy starred at the 08’ Durham combine. At the combine, Creecy had a 9’9 broad jump, ran a 4.53 40, 4.4 shuttle and ran terrific routes during the 1 on 1 period, earning him an invite to the Ultimate 100 Camp. He committed to North Carolina State in June, turning down offers from Clemson, Florida State, Stanford, South Carolina and UNC among others.

Future Outlook: Creecy’s tremendous hands give him a shot to be a difference maker. Freshman do however require time and seasoning to get adjusted to the college game. If he has a solid understand of NC State’s offensive scheme and works hard, he can turn into a terrific receiver down the road.
