Joyner was one of the NUC’s elite performers back in 08’ at the Miami Combine. Joyner, now 5’8 166, had a 9’10 broad jump, ran a ridiculous 4.33 40, bench pressed 155 lbs 19 times and starred during 1 on 1 drills in an all around jaw dropping performance at the event. Joyner, a star d-back and kick returner at national powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas, committed to Florida State in December. FSU was one of more than 20 major D-1 programs that attempted to land Joyner.Future Outlook:
Joyner is an absolute monster in the open field. His explosiveness and quickness are second to none, making him a strong candidate to return kickoffs for FSU as a true freshman. He is undersized for a DB, but should see action his first year since he can flat out play football.
