TOP PROSPECT ANALYSIS: Mike Meriwether, RB, Class of 2010

As part of our new segment on DavidSchuman.com & National Underclassmen Combine System I will will begin analyzing all of the players that I enjoyed watching this year at our events.



Mike Meriwether, Class 2010: RB, 5-8, 186, Dematha Catholic HS, MD

Quick Writeup:
A barnburner, Mike is a 4.42 40, 32.5 inch vert, 9'4 broad. he is a great pure runner in the long line of great Dematha Catholic Backs...amazing burst, great speed and has amazing balance.
U100 East, RB MVP
NUC Baltimore RB MVP
#3 RB Top Prospect Camp
Further Analysis:
Mike's speed is second to none, his athleticism and balance are equally spectacular. His ability to run the ball and accelerate through the hole and break away and make the big play is uncanny. In 7 on 7 in the U100 East and the Top Prospect Camp. He rates possibly higher than the two guys ranked ahead of him due to his amazing speed. Dematha puts out tons of D-1a players and mike will be next.

I dont grade guys based on stars or scores, I rate them on whether they can play!
They get 1-5 points based on how well they perform in each category. 6 categories with a max of 30 points to be scored.

21-25- D-1 Prospect
18-21-1aa Scholarship prospect

10-13-DIII Level Prospect
We are only evaluating college level athletes, athletes not on college level will not be evaluated.
