2014 Nebraska Top 8
Version 1.0 of the 2014 Nebraska state rankings has two First Team All-State players on top. Harrison Phillips plays several positions along the defensive line wreaking havoc like a crazed marauder. DJ Foster has the size and strength to compete at the next level right now. Luke Gifford is the disciplinarian of the secondary handing out punishment to all trespassers. The Nebraska state rankings will be updated at least two more times prior to signing day 2014.
