Trent Martin commits to National Underclassmen Combine All-World Gridiron Classic!
For Immediate Release
Mahwah, NJ (October 12, 2010) - Sensational linebacker Trent Martin of Jenks, OK  announced that he will play in the National Underclassmen Combine's All World Gridiron Classic.
Martin, a three star recruit by globally respected Rivals.com, committed to the University of Tulsa in February and is one of the Sooner State's top linebackers. The 6'2 220 lb standout starred at various NUC events, winning LB MVP at both the Tulsa Combine and Ultimate 100 Camp. Martin was also ranked the number one linebacker at the 2009 Top Prospect Camp.
"Trent is an extremely promising prospect" said Coach David Schuman, the NUC's CEO and President. "Tulsa is going to have one heck of a linebacker next fall and we're glad he's playing in the game."
As a longtime participant in NUC combines, Martin is thrilled to be playing in the first ever All World Gridiron Classic.
"It's really excited to get selected", said the soft spoken senior. "There is going to be a lot of talent. I have seen several of the commitments, so it will be a great experience to compete against the world's best football players."
The NUC All-World Gridiron Classic will showcase 114 elite high school seniors from all across the globe in a unique All-Star Game. Players from the two squads, Team NUC & Team World, will be drafted from the ground up by the coaching staff to ensure a level playing field. There will also be a full week of events leading up to game day for select All-World Underclassmen including 7 on 7's, linemen challenges and a combine.
