For Immediate Release
Mahwah, NJ (September 8, 2010) - Phenom linebacker Caleb Taylor of Hampton, VA has committed to the National Underclassmen Combine's All World Game.
The University of Virginia bound Taylor was one of the NUC's top performers in 2009 and rated amongst the best players from the Old Dominion State on Rivals.com. At an imposing 5'11 229, Taylor, who spurned offers from Louisville, Maryland and West Virginia, dominated the talent loaded Hampton Roads Sophomore Session en route to being named LB MVP.
"Caleb is an outstanding player who will make a difference at the next level," said NUC CEO & President David Schuman. "He is incredibly strong, plays the game intelligently and has tremendous skills. We're happy to have him participating in the game and I can't wait to see him wreck havoc at the next level."
The NUC All-World Gridiron Classic will showcase 114 elite high school seniors from all across the globe in a unique All-Star Game. Players from the two squads, Team NUC & Team World, will be drafted from the ground up by the coaching staff to ensure a level playing field.
