Top PROSPECT ANALYSIS: Angel Lopez, RB/Athlete, CLASS OF 2010

Angel Lopez, Class 2010: RB/Athlete, 5-9, 180 Douglas Macarthur HS,  TX

Quick Write-up:
22 reps on 185, 31 inch vert, 9'4 broad, 4.7 40, Angel is interesting prospect because of his versatility, he can line up at receiver, slot and rb. He has superior explosion and great hands. He exploded at the Top Prospect camp to end up #1.

Further Analysis:
Angel is a little undersized from a weight standpoint as a pure RB, but could continue to develop. I love his change of direction, burst in the drills and on film and his ability to run hard and gain tough yards, but to also explode through the hole. In the 7 on 7 and 1 on 1's he catches the football like a WR or slot, great hands and is a threat out of the backfield or lined up at WR. His versatility makes him a D-1 prospect. I would consider him also as a safety with his explosion, ball skills and power.
