Top PROSPECT ANALYSIS: Ross Apo, WR, CLASS OF 2010

As part of our new segment on DavidSchuman.com & National Underclassmen Combine System I will will begin analyzing all of the players that I enjoyed watching this year at our events.

Prospect:
Ross Apo, Class 2010: WR, 6-3. 192, The Oakridge School, Arlington TX

Quick Writeup
Ross was our 2008 overall MVP in Kansas City, St. Louis and WR MVP in Tulsa at the NUC. He runs amazing routes, crisp and uses his hands and his body appropriately at all times as a WR. He has very good speed, with amazing athleticism as evidence by a sub 4.32 shuttle.
Apo (6-3.5/196) was named overall MVP after seriously impressing the coaches. Apo had a 35.5-inch jump-stand vertical and 9'6 broad jump while running a 4.32 shuttle. Apo's size and leaping ability will make him a favorite target of any QB.

Further Analysis:
Having personally seen Ross at two events two things standout out. He runs amazing routes, in and out of his cuts a virtually full speed, despite such a big receiver. #2. His hands are outstanding consistently getting his hands out in front, making great catches and running amazing comeback routes that sell vertical and brings him back down hill fast! Great athlete with great big play capability! Committed to BYU and one of the top receivers of 2010 as first discovered at the NUC.

I dont grade guys based on stars or scores, I rate them on whether they can play!
They get 1-5 points based on how well they perform in each category. 6 categories with a max of 30 points to be scored.
